Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Shipping Times

    We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  1. Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
  2. Expedited Shipping (where available): 3-7 business days
  3. International Shipping: We do not currently ship internationally. 

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — check our store for current offers.

Carrier Insurance

"Shipments are covered by standard carrier insurance. For orders over $100, we recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout. If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance for high-value orders, please contact us at admin@thesojourningemerchant.com before placing your order."

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear. You can track your package using the link provided.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at admin@thesojourningemerchant.com within 30 calendar days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Disclaimer for lost or delayed packages 

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, the delivery is in the hands of the carrier. The Sojourning E-merchant is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to carrier error, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or customs delays).

That said, we want every customer to receive their order. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at admin@thesojourningemerchant.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at admin@thesojourningemerchant.com.

The Sojourning E-merchant is not liable for shipping delays or losses caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, other incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or events outside our reasonable control. Once a package is in the carrier's possession, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.
